Information and consulting engagements

This site provides general information about Ian Booker's experience and Booker Tech Consulting's services. Technical articles, sample outputs, and fictional scenarios are illustrative; they are not a review of your systems or advice tailored to your circumstances. Evaluate technical decisions against your own requirements, risks, and appropriate professional guidance.

Sending an inquiry, requesting a résumé, or discussing a possible project does not by itself create a consulting engagement, reserve availability, or authorize work. Services, fees, deliverables, responsibilities, and timing are governed by a separate written agreement. That agreement controls the engagement if it differs from this website. The website does not promise employment, project results, regulatory compliance, or a particular business outcome.

Website content

Booker Tech Consulting or the relevant rights holder owns the website content, branding, and materials. You may view the site, share links, and quote limited excerpts with attribution where permitted by law. Other rights, including statutory rights and third-party licenses, remain unaffected. No ownership of software, designs, templates, or other intellectual property transfers merely through website access.

Employer, product, and organization names are used to describe experience or technology. Their appearance does not imply endorsement, partnership, or ownership. Fictional examples and independent investigations are identified separately from production-client experience.

Appropriate use and submissions

Do not use this website to attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, send unlawful or abusive material, or disrupt service. Submit only information you are entitled to share. Do not submit patient data, credentials, or confidential client materials through a public inquiry.

A public inquiry is not an NDA. We use inquiry information as described in our Privacy & Cookies notice; sending it does not grant us ownership of your materials. Arrange confidentiality and secure transfer requirements before sharing sensitive information.
