This notice explains how Booker Tech Consulting, LLC, based in Chicago, Illinois, handles information through bookertechconsulting.com and its hosted website. Contact Ian Booker at contact@bookertechconsulting.com with privacy questions or requests.

Information you provide

When you contact us, we receive the name, reply email, organization, inquiry topic, message, and other information you choose to provide. Some form fields are optional. Email inquiries may also include your signature and attachments. We use this information to respond, assess whether an engagement or role is suitable, and manage related business correspondence. Providing an inquiry is not an agreement to receive a newsletter.

Please do not send patient information, passwords, access tokens, financial account details, or confidential client documents through the inquiry form or an initial email. If sensitive materials are needed, we will first agree on the appropriate arrangements and transfer method.

Website measurements

Optional Google Analytics measures page visits, scrolls, traffic sources, and selected contact, inquiry-form, résumé-request, and LinkedIn links. Our website loads the Google Analytics tag only after you allow analytics. The tag disables Google signals and advertising personalization. Our custom events use predefined page, topic, and button-location values; they do not include form answers or email contents. A link click does not establish that a message was sent or an engagement was agreed.

Cloudflare Web Analytics separately measures traffic and performance without analytics cookies. Cloudflare states that this product does not use local storage or fingerprint visitors. Your Google Analytics choice does not disable this separate measurement. Hosting and content providers also process connection information such as IP addresses, browser details, requested resources, and request times to deliver and protect their services.

Providers and external content

• Google Workspace, Forms, and email: support inquiry collection, correspondence, and storage. On the website, the embedded Google Form loads only when you choose to load it. Opening the direct form link takes you to Google. Google may process connection, cookie, and signed-in account information under its own policies; the website's analytics buttons do not manage cookies on Google's domain.
• Google Analytics: processes optional website measurements after your choice.
• Google Fonts: supplies the website's fonts. Loading fonts contacts Google's servers independently of the analytics choice.
• OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare: provide the website publication, hosting, delivery, security, and measurement infrastructure.
• LinkedIn: receives your visit if you follow a LinkedIn link. There is no LinkedIn advertising pixel in our site code.

Inquiry information is available to Booker Tech Consulting and providers supporting its communications and storage. Disclosure may also be necessary to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, protect rights or security, or work with professional advisers for those purposes. We do not sell inquiry information or use this site's analytics for targeted advertising.

These services may process information in the United States and other locations where they operate. Their privacy notices describe their own practices: Google Privacy Policy, Google's use of information from partner sites, Cloudflare Privacy Policy, and OpenAI Privacy Policy.

Cookies and browser storage

The table describes storage configured by our website. Provider behavior can vary by browser and account state; Google Forms and hosting security services may use additional storage under their own policies.

Your choices

Use Cookie preferences above to allow or reject Google Analytics or exclude this browser. Rejecting stops future GA4 measurement here; it does not automatically erase measurements already received by Google. Choices are specific to your browser and site domain. If you clear site data or use another browser or domain, you may need to choose again. Declining analytics does not prevent contact or access to our content.

The site does not currently interpret browser Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals as a settings change. Google Analytics remains off unless you opt in through our controls. This disclosure does not limit any rights that apply under law.

Retention and requests

Inquiry records may remain in Google Forms and business email after the initial exchange. Retention depends on whether a conversation remains active, leads to an engagement, or is needed for legal, accounting, security, or dispute purposes. We do not currently promise a fixed automatic deletion period for all inquiries. Analytics cookie expiration is not the same as retention of reports or records held by a provider.

You may email us to request access, correction, or deletion of information you provided, or to ask us to stop optional follow-up. We may need to verify that the request concerns your information. Applicable law determines the rights, exceptions, and response deadlines. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations or claims. Please do not send identity documents unless we agree on a necessary, appropriate verification method.

Security and intended audience

No internet transmission or storage system is guaranteed secure. Use the public inquiry channel only for a brief business outline. The site is directed to adults evaluating professional services and employment or contract opportunities, not to children under 13.

Changes

We will post revisions on this page with a new effective date. For material changes, we will add a prominent website notice and obtain further consent where required before using information in a new way.
